GammaLib 2.0 release (6 June 2022)

Overview

GammaLib 2.0 is a major release that adds significant functionality.

In particular, this release provides:

  • full support for COMPTEL data analysis

  • support for pulsar analysis

  • vectorised response computation

  • support of Galactic coordinates in all spatial models

  • provision of carbon footprint information and statistics

  • a daemon that collects GammaLib usage statistics
